Henckels Pure 13cm Utility Knife


This utility knife is of the highest quality with innovative knife technology, providing a tough, functional knife for every kitchen cutting need. Forged using Zwilling's Sigmaform process, the utility knife has a hard yet flexible steel blade that is both sharp and corrosion resistant thanks to ice-hardening techniques. The knife blade has the optimum cutting angle for it's function and a seamless handle to blade design to support the thumb during cutting for precision, balance and safety. The Henckels Pure knives have comfortable, impact resistant, grip handles for perfect cutting every time.

This utility knife is made from special formula steel which has been forged using the Sigmaform process, making the blade tough yet flexible. Ice hardening techniques make the blade sharp and both corrosion and stain resistant. The knife has a comfortable black handle.

To protect the blade, avoid cutting on hard surfaces such as stone, metal or glass. We suggest hand washing the knife in warm water and rinsing and drying straight after use to help protect it. Sharpen the utility knife as neccesary (approximately once or twice a year) using a whetstone or knife sharpener.

Collect from Store

• Orders can be collected from our store in Overton, Hampshire RG25 3EB on any day (Saturday and Sunday or evenings by arrangement). The details of the collection address will be on your invoice which is emailed to you at the time of placing your order.

Delivery Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles

Standard Delivery: (3-5 working days).

• £7.95 for orders with a weight of less than 5 Kg
• If your delivery package weighs more than 5 Kg then we will contact you prior to despatch to confirm the total costs.

International Delivery

Europe: (5-7 Working Days)

• £7.50 - £20.00 to Central Europe, Depending on the items ordered which will be calculated at the checkout.
  

Rest of the World: (5-10 working days)

• £50 to all other destinations.

Please note that weight and size restrictions apply to International delivery. If your package exceeds the weight (5Kg) or size (30cm x 30cm x30cm) we will contact you prior to despatch to agree any additional delivery costs.

Returns

You can be assured that if for any reason you find the goods are unsuitable you may return them to us within 30 days for either a full refund of the cost of the goods or exchange.

If the goods are damaged or defective when you receive them we will arrange for them to be returned to us and either replace them at our cost or provide a full refund including the original delivery charges as long as you notify us within 48hr of receiving the goods. You then have up to 30 days to return them to us.
