• We recommend that knives are stored either in a knife block or on a magnetic bar. An in drawer knife block is also a very popular option.
  
• As with all kitchen knives we recommend regular sharpening with a chefs steel or pull through knife sharpener. Alternatively if you use your knives regularly then you may wish to invest in an electric sharpener to keep them in top condition.

International Delivery

Europe: (5-7 Working Days)

• £7.50 - £20.00 to Central Europe, Depending on the items ordered which will be calculated at the checkout.

Please note that weight and size restrictions apply to International delivery. If your package exceeds the weight (5Kg) or size (30cm x 30cm x30cm) we will contact you prior to despatch to agree any additional delivery costs.

Returns

You can be assured that if for any reason you find the goods are unsuitable you may return them to us within 30 days for either a full refund of the cost of the goods or exchange.

If the goods are damaged or defective when you receive them we will arrange for them to be returned to us and either replace them at our cost or provide a full refund including the original delivery charges as long as you notify us within 48hr of receiving the goods. You then have up to 30 days to return them to us.
