Following the manufacturer’s guidelines, owners should:

• Clean knives with hot water before using for the first time
• After each use clean under running water and dry with soft cloth - avoid detergents
• Rinse off acidic substances such as lemon juice immediately after use
• Never put in a dishwasher
• Never cut on glass or granite cutting boards as this will ruin the cutting edge
• When storing, never allow the blade direct contact with another metal object as this could damage the blade

International Delivery

Europe: (5-7 Working Days)

• £7.50 - £20.00 to Central Europe, Depending on the items ordered which will be calculated at the checkout.

Please note that weight and size restrictions apply to International delivery. If your package exceeds the weight (5Kg) or size (30cm x 30cm x30cm) we will contact you prior to despatch to agree any additional delivery costs.

Returns

You can be assured that if for any reason you find the goods are unsuitable you may return them to us within 30 days for either a full refund of the cost of the goods or exchange.

If the goods are damaged or defective when you receive them we will arrange for them to be returned to us and either replace them at our cost or provide a full refund including the original delivery charges as long as you notify us within 48hr of receiving the goods. You then have up to 30 days to return them to us.
