Christmas Returns
We understand that some orders will have been bought as Christmas gifts weeks before Christmas. If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, we have extended our returns policy - any purchases made from 18 October 2020 can be returned up to 24 January 2021. Item(s) purchased before 18 October 2020, will still fall within our usual 30 days returns guarantee.

Normal Returns
You can be assured that if for any reason you find the goods are unsuitable you may return them to us within 30 days for either a full refund of the cost of the goods or exchange. Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account, with PayPal refunds taking up to 30 days. 

Please ensure your item(s) is:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In its original packaging (with the tags)
• In a resaleable condition
• With its proof of purchase
• You’ll also need to return any free items that came with the product.

Please return the item to BayTree Design at the address above together with a copy of the original order confirmation email so we can trace your return though our systems and make your refund for the product/s as soon as possible. The item/s must be un-used, in their original packaging with all labels and in good re-saleable condition. Any damage to the packaging or product will result in a deduction to the refund.

Please ensure that the product/s are securely packed and especially in the case of glass or porcelain we recommend packing an inner box in an outer box to help it get delivered undamaged. If you are using Royal Mail we always recommend that our customers obtain a proof of postage receipt ( which is a free service from the post office ) which may entitle you to claim compensation from Royal Mail if the item/s goes missing or is damaged in transit as the item/s remain your property until received by us in good re-saleable condition.

If your items are of a high value we would recommend you use a courier and insure the package and contents with the courier to cover for loss or damage in transit. The cost of the return shipping is your responsibility.

Once we receive the returned item/s and it is checked and approved for condition by our warehouse and we will arrange for a refund of the cost of the product/s.

If the product is damaged during the return process or requires repackaging we reseve the right to deduct reasonable costs from your refund to cover additional administration and loss of value of the goods.

 

Damaged Goods

If the goods are damaged or defective when you receive them we will arrange for them to be returned to us and either replace them at our cost or provide a full refund including the original delivery charges as long as you notify us within 48hr of receiving the goods. You then have up to 30 days to return them to us.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
